For many, the holiday season is a frantic race. Between the preparation of meals, the purchase of gifts, the invitations and the multiple outings, we often feel that there is no more time for us or to simply to rest. A wise man once said, "Time is not something we have, it's something we take". So, how can we try to take this time and enjoy every moment in the holiday season? Taking our time to eat is also giving the brain time to update us on our appetite.
